If you have 3+ bedrooms, but only want two bedrooms checked there is no additional charge. Anything over 1400 sq ft, that you want measured, will be charged at $50 per 100 Sq. Ft.
(Brevard, Orange, Lake, Seminole, Marion, and Alachua counties)

Measurement of potential real estate purchase. This is currently offered in a limited number of counties (Flagler, St. Johns, Volusia). The space can be residential or commercial up to 2000 sq. ft.. Each additional property, during the same outing, in the same county, will be $50. This is a relatively new service of ours and will be expanded in the future.
